Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
VNutras offers free shipping within Pakistan for orders exceeding PKR 1,500 (after any discounts or vouchers are applied). For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be applied.
We use TCS for domestic deliveries within Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Major Cities (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, etc.): 2-3 business days
Other Cities: 3-5 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
We aim to process orders within 24 hours, but there may be delays during sale periods.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection from the nearest TCS center.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may return unused and unopened items within 15 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original packaging.
Include the following information in your email:
1. Full name
2. Order number
3. Reason for return
4. Bank account details (account name, account number)

Gift cards
Items purchased during promotions (unless explicitly mentioned otherwise)
Return Process
Contact us via the contact form on our website or through one of our social media handles.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
You are responsible for paying for the return postage costs associated with participating in the Offer.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. You can choose to receive your refund via:
Bank Deposit (Pakistan only)
JazzCash
Please note that refunds may take up to 15 business days to process after approval.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@vnutras.com. Please provide photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item so we can assist you promptly.
Eid Holiday Delivery Cut-Offs (Public Holidays)
To ensure timely delivery for Eid, please place your orders before the following cut-off dates:
Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, etc.: 2 days prior to Eid
Other Cities: 3 days prior to Eid

VNutras is currently limited to domestic operations within Pakistan. However, if you are an international merchant interested in our products, we welcome you to submit a Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) to our sales department at sales@vnutras.com.
Order Confirmation:
We will send you a confirmation email or SMS to verify your order details, including the items purchased, shipping address, and total amount. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us at sales@vnutras.com if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier upon delivery to avoid any delays.
